All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of CEI 2026 will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-4797-2) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
