Prof. Min Chen

IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, South China University of Technology, China

Min Chen is a professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology. He was a full professor in School of Computer Science and Technology at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) since Feb. 2012. He is the director of Embedded and Pervasive Computing (EPIC) Lab at HUST. He was an assistant professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering at Seoul National University since 2009. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2009. He is the founding Chair of IEEE Computer Society Special Technical Communities on Big Data. He was General Co-Chair for IEEE CIT-2012, Tridentcom 2014, Mobimedia 2015, Co-Chair of IEEE ICC 2012-Communications Theory Symposium, and Co-Chair of IEEE ICC 2013-Wireless Networks Symposium and Symposium Chair of IEEE Globecom 2022 eHealth, etc. He has 300+ publications, including IEEE JSAC, IEEE TNNLS, AAAI, Advanced Materials、Science, Nature Communications, etc. He has published 12 books, including Big Data Analytics for Cloud/IoT and Cognitive Computing (2017) with Wiley. His Google Scholar Citations reached 5,2000+ with an h-index of 102. His top paper was cited 5,000+ times. He was selected as ESI Highly Cited Researcher from 2018 to 2025. He got IEEE ICC Best Paper Award in 2012, IEEE Communications Society Fred W. Ellersick Prize in 2017, the IEEE Jack Neubauer Memorial Award in 2019, and IEEE ComSoc APB Oustanding Paper Award in 2022. His research focuses on cognitive computing, 5G Networks, wearable computing, big data analytics, robotics, fabric computing, deep learning, emotion detection, and mobile edge computing, etc. He is an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow and AAIA Fellow.

Prof. Ljiljana Trajkovic

IEEE Fellow, Simon Fraser University, Canada

Ljiljana Trajkovic received the Dipl. Ing. degree from University of Pristina, Yugoslavia, the M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. She is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include communication networks and dynamical systems. Dr. Trajkovic served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director, President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, and President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems. She was a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and System Society and a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. She is a Fellow of the IEEE.

Prof. Qinghua Hu

Tianjin University, China

Received his B. S., M. S. and Ph.D. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 1999, 2002 and 2008, respectively. He worked with Harbin Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2011. He also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow with Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2009 to 2011. He joined School of Computer Science and Technology, Tianjin University in 2012. Now he is a full professor and vice dean of the school. 

His research interests are focused on Machine Learning and data mining for classification and regression. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewd papers in IEEE Trans. IJCAI, AAAI, CVPR and ICCV. He once acted as PC Co-Chairs of RSCTC 2010, CRSSC 2012, 2014, RSKT 2014 and ICMLC 2014.

Prof. Min Liu

Hunan University, China

Liu Min, Professor Level II at Hunan University and Party Secretary of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, and core member of the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Innovative Research Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Peking University and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Hunan Automation Society, Director of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Manufacturing Visual Inspection and Control Technology under the Ministry of Mechanical Industry, and Deputy Director of the Youth Committee of the China Society for Image and Graphics. He has led two National Key R&D Program projects and one National Natural Science Foundation Key Project, receiving five national and provincial/ministerial-level scientific research awards.

Prof. Xin Geng

Southeast University,China

Xin Geng, Chief Professor at Southeast University, Executive Vice Dean of the Graduate School, and Director of the Key Laboratory of New Generation Artificial Intelligence Technology and Interdisciplinary Applications under the Ministry of Education. Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, Fellow of the International Society for Engineering and Technology, and Jiangsu Distinguished Professor. His research focuses on machine learning, pattern recognition, and computer vision. He has received numerous teaching and research awards, including the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award, the First Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, and the Science Exploration Award. He currently serves as a member of the Computer Science Discipline Review Panel under the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a member of the Artificial Intelligence Expert Committee of the Ministry of Education's Teaching Guidance Committee for Computer Science Programs, a council member of the China Computer Federation, Vice President of the Jiangsu Computer Society, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Asia-Pacific International Conference on Artificial Intelligence.

Prof. Lecheng Shen

East China Normal University, China

Dr. Yuecheng Shen is a Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy, East China Normal University. His research primarily focuses on addressing information disorder caused by optical scattering through wavefront shaping and on developing high-resolution optical imaging techniques for deep-tissue applications in living animals. He has published over 70 papers as the first or corresponding author in leading physics and optics journals, including Nature Communications, Science Advances, Laser & Photonics Reviews, Physical Review Letters, and Optica. Dr. Shen also serves as an Associate Editor for Optics Express.

Prof. Yin Zhang

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China

Yin Zhang is a Full Professor of the School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is a Distinguished Scholar of Sichuan Province, China. He was Co-chair of IEEE Computer Society Big Data STC. He serves/served as editor or associate editor for IEEE Network, Information Fusion, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Access, Scientific Reports, etc. He was a Guest Editor for IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, Future Generation Computer Systems, IEEE IoT Journal, ACM/Springer Mobile Networks & Applications, Sensors, Neural Computing and Applications, Multimedia Tools and Applications, Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, Electronic Markets, Journal of Medical Systems, New Review of Hypermedia and Multimedia, etc. He also served as Track Chair of IEEE CSCN 2017, TPC Co-Chair of CloudComp 2015 and TRIDENTCOM 2017, etc. He has published more than 180 prestigious conference and journal papers, including 14 ESI Highly Cited Papers. He is an IEEE Senior Member since 2016. He got the Systems Journal Best Paper Award of the IEEE Systems Council in 2018. He was named in Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researchers List in 2019. His research interests include mobile computing, edge intelligence, blockchain, etc.
